Overview

Malta Itinerary is a Malta trip planning app developed by Relocating To Malta. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. In short: we collect very little, we don't sell anything, and we don't share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data collection​​​​

• If you choose to sign in with Google, we store:

  • Your name and email address, as provided by Google

  • Your saved itineraries

  • Your account status (free or Pro)

How we use your Google account information

When you sign in with Google, we request access to your basic Google account information — specifically your email address and a unique identifier (OpenID). This is solely to create and authenticate your Malta Itinerary account.

• We use this information to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Save and retrieve your itineraries

  • Send you transactional emails related to your account, such as a welcome email if you upgrade to Pro

• We do not access any other Google data — including your contacts, calendar, files, or other Google services.

• We do not use your information for advertising.

• You can disconnect your Google account at any time by deleting your account in the app's Settings.

Analytics & tracking

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels or behavioural monitoring tools. We do not track how you use the app.

 

Cookies and local storage

This app does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Local storage is used only to remember your in-app preferences on your device.

Payments and purchases

The optional Pro unlock (59 NOK one-time purchase) is processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy or Google Play, depending on which platform you use to make the purchase. We do not handle, store, or process any payment card information. Either Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy or Google's payment privacy policy applies to all transactions. Your purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your location or IP address, device identifiers, usage analytics or any sensitive personal information.

Third-party services

• Google Sign-In — used only to authenticate your account. Google's terms and privacy policy apply.

• Lemon Squeezy / Google Play — used to process Pro purchases. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply.

 

Data retention

In-app preferences are stored locally on your device and can be cleared via your device settings. If you sign in with Google, your name, email, account status and saved itineraries are stored on our servers until you delete your account.

 

Children's privacy

This app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

 

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your Data and Deletion Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To delete your account and all associated data (email, name, saved itineraries), use the Delete Account option in the app's Settings, or contact us below. We will action manual requests within 30 days.
