1. Digital Products (E-Books)

All e-books and other digital downloads are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once an e-book is downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, return or exchange.

• If you experience issues with downloading or accessing the file, please contact us via email and we will do our best to resolve the problem promptly.

2. Video Consultations

Refunds for video consultation services are available under the following conditions:

• Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

• Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or failure to attend without notice, are not eligible for a refund.

• Technical Issues: If a consultation cannot take place due to technical problems on our end (e.g., connection failure), you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

• To request a refund or reschedule, please contact us via email with your name, appointment details and reason for the request.

We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions to this policy in limited cases where extenuating circumstances apply.
